"Compassionate action is a very advanced practice. There's nothing more advanced than communicate. To relate ourselves with others compassionatly is a challenge. Really communicating to the heart and being there to someone else, like our love one, means not shutting down that person, which means first of all not shutting down on ourselves.This means allowing ourselves to feel what we feel and not pushing it away. It means accepting every part of ourselves including the things we do not like about ourselves...Not giving up on us is not giving up on the one we love even for a while we feel that we do not love.
