Its a transformative experience to simply pause instead of immediatly filling up the space with other experiences, other «stuff». Mindfulness is the ground and refraining is the path. Not grabbing for entertainment the minute we feel a slight edge of boredom coming on. Its the practice of not immediately filling up space just because thereºs a gap. I use to fill gaps. Not anymore. I just live with my work, my thoughts, my smiles, my fun, my empty spaces and silence...my missing people. Move on is not criticize ourselves for whatever we were doing or did, but just to see what we did, realize that and move on. Somethime there is not a why. It was a state of life. We are lucky to realize it. Its a Good thing. We cannot change the past, the things we didnt like to do, the things we didnt like about ourselves, and the good things about ourselves they were there too. The present is a brand new opportunity to start again, to rebuild life and work towards construction not destruction. Start everyday from zero. From a brand new day. The past is gone...let it go. The future is not here yet. This is our day our moment. THERE IS NOT ANOTHER MOMENT. Sometimes we give to much credit to the tomorrow, we think that we are going to be here to say I love you, or to show how much we care about something. But we do not know in fact, people just disappear everyday, die or are not there anymore.
If we immediatly entering ourselves by talking, by acting, by thinking ... we will never be able to relax, we will always be speeding through our lives. We will always be stuck because our grandfather was mean, the mother was not there, the girlfriend was sick ... it is a bunch of attachments we cary like an email... we just have to get rid of it to live, relax and love. And realizing that maybe today is the last day to say to someone I LOVE YOU. We may not be here tomorrow.
