JORGESAN

To my friend Jorge in this special day!
Jorgito!
I remember you a lot in this trip to Japan, I tried the true Miso Ramen also by a know Chef in Tokyo. But I am fan for the Lunch break for the Onigiri and some Miso soup…to go light! After knowing that the Portuguese brought the tempura to Japan and this is a national dish I do not like it so much compared to the Sushi’s and the Gyoza and the soba I am having here. I can now put two pieces of Wasabi in my Sashimi. But the good surprise was the Okonomiyaki, hummmmm!!! Difficult but delicious. In fact the best of travelling is also to know the gastronomic characteristics of the countries. We really have to try all. Do you know the Domburi, Jorge? I didn’t know until now. But I am still fan for Sushi just more and more each day! Cheers JORGESAN! Drink Sake for me today! And just one note! Sake is drunk by the monks to celebrate and as a special prayer! So that’s it!
LOVE JORGESAN
